The greenest building is the one that already exists. Through assessing building performance services we aim to reduce operating costs, improve user comfort and increase asset value. At Cundall, we specialise in reducing our clients’ ongoing environmental footprint. We streamline operating costs through enhancements from simple tweaks to major upgrades.

Our aim is to maximise return on investment and advise clients on how to access funding and grants to support projects.

End user occupiers want more efficient buildings. Strong building performance is a marketing tool that attracts and retains premium tenants as well as rents.
