Alex Harvard

I studied BA Liberal Arts with Placement Year at the University of Manchester, beginning my experience in the built environment at Cundall as an intern. Since then, I have found that this industry motivates me to try and outperform myself every day, and I have found a team that pushes for constant learning and growth. My passion is in creating engaging, people-focused work, whether that be events, campaigns or materials.

As a marketing professional, creativity is the foundation upon which we work, but often in unexpected ways. I find myself being hugely creative when learning how to motivate and engage with colleagues, as opposed to just within the traditional realms of concept creation or copywriting. 

The value of a highly connected and collaborative team cannot be overstated. The dread of a group project with uncooperative teammates never leaves you - not until you find people who are a pleasure and an asset to work with. When ideas can flow freely and responsibilities can reliably be shared, that is when I find I work my best.
