With a career that began as an apprentice at a contractor in the UK, I entered the world of building services from the ground up. This hands-on foundation laid the groundwork for my transition into engineering design consultancy and eventually led me to the Middle East, where I’ve focused on large-scale projects and smart building solutions. Pursuing my academic journey alongside my professional growth, I progressed from a national diploma to a master's degree. Today, I bring over two decades of experience into my role, leading with a focus on buildability, innovation, and mentoring. My approach is anchored in deep technical knowledge, curiosity, and a practical mindset toward problem-solving and delivering high-performance environments.

For me, creativity isn't just about thinking outside the box, it's about throwing the box away entirely! I believe in going beyond simply meeting a brief - we aim to reinvent it. Whether it's rethinking smart building strategies or streamlining workflows for faster, cleaner and more accurate design, I’m always encouraging teams to explore new and better ways of working. This mindset helps us lead the way in delivering solutions our clients truly connect with and value.
