With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and business development in the property and construction industry, I bring a deep understanding of how strategic communication and strong relationships can drive project success. I began my career with Cundall in our global head office in Newcastle, joining the business as a graduate before relocating to Sydney in 2012 to support the growth of our Australian operations. After gaining further industry experience elsewhere, I returned to Cundall in 2024 and now lead regional operations and business development, working closely with teams to strengthen our market presence and support sustainable growth.

I enjoy working closely with our technical teams to understand the impact of the work they deliver for clients. My role is to uncover the most compelling project stories, clearly communicate the value of our solutions, and help position Cundall to secure future opportunities.
Equally, I value hearing directly from our clients. Understanding their challenges enables me to connect them with the right specialists, ensuring they receive the clarity, expertise and practical solutions they need.
