How do we unlock greater value, performance and resilience from the buildings we already have?
For World Green Building Week in Dubai, we brought together industry leaders to explore this question through two panel discussions focused on the future of existing assets.
Our speakers shared practical insights on how ageing buildings can be repositioned through retrofit, engineering and operational strategies. We also examined the transformation of Al Maryah Tower in Abu Dhabi, where a dormant asset was repositioned and achieved an estimated 80% uplift in value.
