I started my career in Human Resources, after completing a law degree. Since joining Cundall in 2017, I’ve broadened my experience and expertise, working as part of our global Management Board, and becoming a Chartered Director through the Institute of Directors. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities I’ve had to work in different roles in different countries, and the time I’ve spent on assignment in different parts of our global business has been a real highlight. As we continue to put our people at the heart of our business strategy, I was honoured to be asked to lead the next phase of the development of our practice, becoming our global Managing Partner in 2022.
I love working as part of a joined-up global business and I’m lucky to have had the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with people at all levels in all parts of our business. As we continue to build “One Cundall” globally, these relationships are key.
My role as global Managing Partner is to help create an environment where everyone who works in Cundall can fulfil their potential. I am working with teams across the business to create a culture where performance matters, where high performance is reward and celebrated, and where teams operate with the right balance of trust and accountability, to help us deliver the amazing projects that our clients have come to expect.
