My journey with Cundall started in 2012 at our London office, I moved to Hong Kong in 2016 to start and to lead our marketing team in Asia, most recently I had the privilege to continue our efforts in Marketing and Business Development from our Singapore office. My career has equipped me with a great understanding of our culture, our people, our markets, which allows me to create successful campaigns telling our stories and forge strategic relationships.
Collaboration
I truly enjoy collaborating with our engineers! Participating in project meetings enables me to grasp the technical details of our project delivery and identify what sets our work apart. My natural curiosity drives me to engage with our multi-disciplinary team, allowing us to uncover the innovative engineering solutions we've developed for our clients. I take pride in translating these complex solutions into compelling narratives that highlight our strengths and achievements.

In my team, we often focus on continuous improvement. Our culture is rooted in excellence, which drives us to push boundaries and explore new possibilities. My favourite team meetings are often where we actively bounce ideas off one another. It's in these collaborative discussions that we brainstorm ways to enhance processes and automate workflows, ultimately leading to greater efficiency and effectiveness in our initiatives.
