I began my career journey in Brazil, where I discovered my passion for process improvement. Having qualified as a Manufacturing Engineer, I spent the first 15 years of my career, building management system frameworks that not only ensured compliance but also drove efficiency.
Collaboration
When I joined Cundall as Compliance Manager, I had the exciting challenge of applying my skills and experience to driving the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of operational and management processes within an engineering consultancy, which was a completely new environment for me. However, thanks to the collaborative actions and spirit of my colleagues, we have been able to achieve fantastic results.
Excellence
My focus is to ensure we don’t just meet the requirements of the internationally recognised ISO Standards for Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security management; but exceed them. Striving for excellence in every Cundall office around the world helps to reinforce our ‘One Cundall’ strategy.
