50 years ago, a bold idea took root at Cundall: that engineering could be a force for good. What began as a small British consultancy with a big vision has grown into a global community of over 1,300 people, all united by a shared purpose – to engineer a better, more sustainable world.
From the very beginning, we’ve not only imagined better – we’ve built it. We’ve delivered industry firsts, shaped skylines and led the way in sustainable design. But our proudest legacy is not just the projects we have delivered; it is the brilliant people – past and present – who have made them possible.
As we celebrate this milestone, we honour the legacy of those who came before us, and we look ahead with excitement. Our future is already being shaped by the next generation of leaders who are driving innovation, championing sustainability and embracing new technologies. Together we are delivering on our Zero Carbon Design 2030 goals, advancing our 2050 Science Based Targets, and reimagining what’s possible for our clients, our communities and our planet.
