We are increasingly seeing a demand from occupiers and investors for performance-driven sustainability strategies to reduce energy consumption, while improving indoor environment quality, conserving water and eliminating waste from their operations.

Working with our clients, we have produced effective sustainable operations frameworks that drive consistency and competition across portfolios and estates. They incorporate real and relevant performance targets for energy, water, waste, transport, ecology, occupant comfort, air quality, biodiversity, social value and community involvement. These are embedded into the operational briefs with clear guidance on how to achieve them.

Central to this is conducting net zero carbon audits using Cundall’s steps to zero carbon and producing individual asset net zero pathways to feed into wider portfolio pathways.
