Cundall’s 545m² office in Doha serves as a benchmark for health and wellbeing, and is the first workplace in Qatar to achieve WELL Gold certification. The starting point wasn’t the building itself – it was our people. Before any design decisions were made, employees were consulted on how they work, what they need from a workplace, and what enables them to perform at their best.

A continuous supply of fresh, filtered air is delivered throughout the office via enhanced filtration and real-time monitoring, maintaining indoor particulate levels at five times lower than the surrounding outdoor area. Verified by five AWAIR sensors, the result is an indoor environment that actively supports occupant health and cognitive performance. Over 300 indoor plants, alongside low-VOC material selection, further enhance environmental quality while contributing to a more engaging and biophilic workspace experience.

Post-occupancy feedback demonstrates the impact of this approach. Staff report high levels of wellbeing and productivity, absenteeism has reduced by 36%, and 96% of the team would recommend Cundall as a great place to work.
