Cundall’s 5,866 square feet Qatar office is an exemplar of health and wellbeing. In order to meet WELL compliance, we collaborated closely with the local fit-out contractor to ensure fittings were of the highest quality and in line with sustainable principles. This included reusing 20% of the original materials prior to fit out, condensation water capture to provide 100% of plant irrigation requirements, daylight and thermal optimisation. Indoor air quality is paramount to an occupant’s health, comfort, wellbeing and productivity therefore, all materials and finishes were specified to achieve low VOCs.
