Our large team of critical systems engineers can support clients with technical due diligence (TDD) appointments.

Our experienced team have worked with clients on many different types of TDD appointments including:

  • Reviewing new and existing sites to determine if they are suitable for acquisition.
  • Researching new products and technologies for DC use, e.g. liquid cooling, large-scale battery storage etc.
  • Review of existing colocation (colo) facilities to determine if the infrastructure matches a possible tenant need, or matches the SLA.
  • Desktop and site-based inspections of power, cooling and controls infrastructure to determine if there are any concerns.

Key fact

Understanding the operational demands of a DC is key to assessing risk.
