Reference Design Development

We work collaboratively with clients to develop repeatable, efficient reference designs. The aim of these designs is to aid consistency across sites, speed up delivery, reduce carbon/energy use, reduce cost and optimise the design for a higher percentage of off-site manufacturing.

Our scope includes looking at the entire site design from incoming utilities, security as well as the actual DC buildings.

We have worked to prepare standard design documents including the BoD, re-useable calculations, standard drawings and equipment specifications.

We are also experienced with adapting and deploying pre-prepared reference designs from major hyperscale operators in multiple countries.
