Cundall carried out multi-disciplinary engineering services for Natixis’ new 1,400sqm office fit-out on Level 10 of ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai’s International Financial Centre.

The office has a flexible, agile design that is future proofed in terms of infrastructure to accommodate further growth and mobility. The project incorporated energy efficiency and cost saving solutions for the two main energy uses in the office building; air conditioning and lighting. The team collaborated closely with all project stakeholders to provide advice and support on a weekly basis.

“After we visited Cundall’s Dubai office, and based on knowledge shared by their team, we ourselves have also decided to aim for the WELL certification for our new Dubai office. We believe that a healthy work environment is very important as it encourages productivity as well as supports a sense of wellbeing amongst the staff.” Kamal Saade, COO & CFO, Natixis.

Key fact
