Meet our workplace and global corporate real estate sector leaders

UK and Europe 29 September 2025

Strengthening and continuously improving on our service offering in our sectors is a priority for Cundall, so we wanted to take the opportunity to introduce our workplace and global corporate real estate (GCRES) sector leads, Frances Brown and Conrad Stone.

Our workplace sector is driven by developers, while GCRES brings a strong focus on occupiers. Together, both teams collaborate closely to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable office spaces tailored to our clients' evolving needs.

Frances has taken over from Michael Gosling, who after five years in the position is now taking on the role of global building services lead, aiming to drive technical excellence across all our offices. She aims to integrate all our offerings, focusing on enhancing our multi-disciplinary services globally for workplace developments.  Her approach emphasises an understanding of what value looks like for our clients and what the drivers behind each project are.

Commenting on her new responsibility, Frances said:

“I am really looking forward to leading our global workplace sector, our multi-disciplinary capabilities are our strength and in working together, we have so much to offer this sector. My vision for the sector is to deliver a blend of creativity and comprehensive technical knowledge for workplace projects worldwide. This includes ensuring all our services are seamlessly integrated to provide holistic solutions and understand how each service can benefit our clients.”

Conrad takes the reins from Kevin Hayes who is fully embracing his role as one of Cundall’s management board partners. GCRES is structured around delivering multi-disciplinary occupier focused projects and consultancy for our clients wherever they need it. Conrad’s vision for the sector is to set the benchmark in technical excellence whilst providing a bespoke and personal approach to each client. Our team's expert understanding of business needs as well as global and local market trends and legislation will highly contribute to that vision.

Commenting on his appointment, Conrad said:

"Since 2012 I've worked almost exclusively on projects for occupiers, so I'm excited to continue my journey as the GCRES sector lead. Through our GCRES sector, I've worked on projects across Europe, MENA and the UK, delivering multi-disciplinary, design-led projects for a long list of high profile clients.

The occupier market is changing fast and that's why I'm proud of our global team who continue to be focused on delivering the best in class sustainable and innovative office spaces.  We support our clients to achieve their project aspirations, aligned with their values worldwide."

Frances and Conrad’s strategic directions promise to elevate our workplace and GCRES sectors, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value and innovative solutions to our clients globally.
