Informa, a leading B2B international event group, now benefits from a vibrant space featuring a boardroom, multiple phone and meeting rooms, a spacious café area, and individual offices. Aligned with the businesses ambition to become zero-waste and net zero carbon by 2030, the design prioritises carbon reduction and sustainable principle including biophilic design, natural materials, and maximised daylight while subtly reflecting local inspiration.

Informa’s brief called for a flexible, inclusive workspace with sustainability and wellness at its core - leading to several innovative solutions. Notable features include a reception inspired by the UAE’s national Al Ghaf tree, LED lighting with motion and daylight sensors achieving up to 30% energy savings, and a fully integrated Power Monitoring System (PMS) with the Building Management System (BMS).
