We are proud to announce the opening of Cundall Manila's new office, located in the vibrant Ayala Triangle Area. This new office represents a significant milestone in our journey, featuring a modern design that integrates local culture while fostering collaboration, creativity, and innovation. The new office location not only enhances our visibility but also provides convenient access for our clients in the CBD area.
In the past two years, the Manila team has grown significantly, expanding our capabilities and expertise to better serve our clients in the region. We are committed to providing engineering excellence to both our local and regional clients while nurturing talents and promoting our unique Cundall culture. Without the hard work and dedication of our staff in the Manila office, we would not be able to transition to a new location that reflects our collective efforts and identity.
To celebrate this exciting moment, we hosted a lively launch party in 2026, bringing together clients, partners, and our amazing team for an unforgettable evening. The atmosphere was filled with warmth as our leadership team shared heartfelt speeches, emphasising our commitment to delivering exceptional services like building services engineering, sustainability consultancy, building automation and digital engineering etc.
As a special thank you, we have curated eco-friendly gifts for our guests filled with handmade goodies from local artisans. This initiative not only promotes sustainability but also showcases the wonderful talents of our community.
Jayson Landayan, Office Lead Philippines, expressed his excitement, stating, "This new office is a transformative step for Cundall Manila. It reflects our commitment to innovation and integrates local culture, allowing us to better serve our clients while encouraging a collaborative atmosphere for our team."
Alex Saez, Partner and Managing Director APAC, added, "The opening of the new Manila office marks a significant chapter in our growth story. We're committed to making a positive impact in the region and look forward to what we can achieve together."
