We are excited to share the appointment of seven new Partners across the UK, Australia, the UAE, and Qatar. The promotion of the new Partners brings the total number of partners at Cundall to 57.

The seven new Partners are Andrew Livesey, Ed Blower, Gosia Cebula, and Jamie Cameron, who are all based in London, Scott McKeever in Dubai, Gary Dodds in Doha and David Collins in Brisbane. The range of Partners bring together a wealth of expertise across data centres, sustainability, building services and structures.

Andrew, Ed, Gosia and Jamie were appointed to Partners, having previously served as Associate Directors in the data centre team. They have collectively worked with some of the biggest technology companies globally and have been integral in growing Cundall’s reputation in the data centre sector. Their appointment is not only an indication of Cundall’s growth, but also in shaping the data centre team’s future through client service, thought leadership, and mentoring the next generation of engineers. The team’s hard work and excellence have been recognised by the industry, most recently when named Data Centre Consultancy of the Year at the 2025 Data Centre Review Excellence Awards.

Gary Dodds has been a key part of Cundall’s Doha team since 2016, bringing consistent leadership and technical excellence to the business. Prior to his appointment as Partner, Gary led Qatar’s structures team and has been Country Director since 2021. Gary has demonstrated exceptional resilience and foresight in navigating market challenges, strengthening client relationships, overseeing completion of major projects and expanding the local team with new services. A chartered structural engineer with a strong commitment to sustainable design, Gary’s leadership continues to elevate the technical and commercial performance of the business in Qatar.

Scott McKeever joined Cundall in 2022 to lead the regional building services team, driving significant improvements in operational efficiency. He played a key role in launching Cundall’s Bengaluru office and spearheading the region’s work sharing strategy. Appointed Country Director for the UAE in 2023, Scott has championed digitalisation and innovation, resulting in enhanced project delivery and long-term value for clients. With a strong track record of leading large multi-disciplinary teams and delivering major developments across the region, he brings invaluable expertise and strategic insight to the partnership.

David Collins is now Partner and Managing Director of Cundall Australia. David joined Cundall in 2007 and has a strong passion in decarbonising the built environment. He has dedicated most of his career to maximising building performance through passive design, energy-efficiency, on-site renewable energy, water efficiency and efficient use of materials. He is a Green Building Council of Australia Accredited Professional, NABERS Accredited Assessor and Commercial Building Disclosure Accredited Assessor with extensive experience in portfolio-scale asset upgrades and delivering ESD services from initial design through to commissioning for major new build projects.
