AUDE Conference 2022

AUDE promotes excellence in the strategic planning, management, operation and development of higher education estates and facilities.

The theme for AUDE’s annual conference 2022 is ‘University estates: the next chapter.’ As for many sectors, the pandemic has proved challenging for universities and the focus now needs to be on creating great teaching and learning spaces whilst incorporating what we’ve learnt from Covid-19.

Adapting to new, agile ways of learning can be challenging. However, this also presents an opportunity to create more sustainable and resilient spaces without compromising comfort and functionality. Whether new builds, refurbishments or upgraded infrastructure, spaces should be flexible, healthy, net zero carbon facilities with hybrid learning at the forefront.
