The ultimate tenant is rarely known at the outset, so design needs to be flexible enough to accommodate various options. Some schemes secure a tenant partway through design, some after completion, and some schemes require re-use/refurbishment of existing facilities.
Offering our clients a multidisciplinary approach enables us to provide a collaborative service throughout the duration of the project. This means we can deploy the individuals with the expert knowledge within the sector to deliver energy efficient design solutions.
