With a building height of 18 metres, and yards stretching 56 metres, this self-contained site has Grade A offices, loading doors and a private car park. Designed with sustainability in mind, the scheme includes roof lights, roof mounted solar panels and EV charging points.

Our team secured 1MVA of electrical capacity to the site which previously had a limited supply agreement with no spare capacity available in the local network. This achievement was a result of close negotiations and extensive communication with the local Distribution Network Provider (DNO) to reach an optimal solution.

Eddie Allen, project manager, commented “Our team worked hard to achieve the desired client brief with regards to power provision to the site. This combined with the efforts from Cundall’s sustainability team has provided an asset which gives tenants significant flexibility when it comes to electricity demand in an area which is very much limited on available supply capacity.”

Key fact

A total of 1,316m2 of PV panels have been installed on the scheme to provide a total of 293kWpk. It is anticipated that this will generate circa 272,000kWh/annum.
