I entered the sustainability and energy sector driven by a desire to create practical, measurable impact across the built environment. Over the past 20 years, I’ve gained regional and international experience spanning energy efficiency, sustainability framework implementation and digital transformation. As a Principal Sustainability Consultant, I support clients in delivering integrated sustainability strategies, enhancing energy performance and shaping future-ready solutions. With the introduction of the UAE Climate Change Law, my focus has increasingly been on helping organisations translate regulatory requirements into actionable, value‑driven outcomes that balance environmental responsibility with commercial success. 

Collaboration is central to how I work and a value I see deeply embedded at Cundall. The strength of our projects lies in the way multidisciplinary teams come together, sharing knowledge, challenging ideas and co-creating solutions with clients and stakeholders. This collaborative approach not only helps me drive better technical outcomes but also builds trust, long-term partnerships and shared ownership of sustainable change.
