The annual BCO London Award ceremony took place on 29 April, 2025, and GSK HQ in London was named the innovation project of the year.

GSK’s focus for the relocation from Brentford to central London was staff wellbeing and health. “When you work in an office that prioritises staff wellbeing, comfort and customer experience, you can truly embrace the different ways of the optimal working experience and productivity. Our sustainability strategy focused on going beyond the WELL Platinum standard to provide the very best workplace for GSK’s people. The aim was to reflect their vision and value of becoming one of the world's healthiest workplaces by delivering at least 10 world leading innovations supporting human health, aligning with GSK's culture” comments Kavita Kumari, Associate Director in our sustainability team.
