Frances Brown appointed as Chair of the BCO Research Committee

UK and Europe 09 February 2026

A huge achievement for Frances Brown, Partner, who has been appointed as the new Chair of the British Council for Offices (BCO) Research Committee.

Having served on the committee for several years, Frances brings insight into the BCO’s research priorities and a strong commitment to shaping the future of the office  sector. She will be supported by Vice Chair Benjamin Koslowski, Research Lead at Fletcher Priest Architects, and Eric Chong, the BCO’s Director of Research.

Reflecting on her appointment, Frances said:

“Having held several roles at the BCO and also having been a member for many years, I am hoping to bring the members’ perspective to our research agenda, not just in our choice of subjects but also in how we communicate with a wide audience and coordinate with the other expert committees.”

Frances succeeds Rob Harris, Principal at Ramidus Consulting, who led the committee from 2021 until stepping down last year.

Currently the BCO research committee has eight members, but if you're interested in joining, please reach out to Frances. To learn more about the appointment, visit BCO's website here.
