Dark blue document coverw stating 'Policy Statement - Decarbonisation Plan' Cundall.

Cundall’s Decarbonisation Plan sets out a clear, evidence‑based pathway to align our operations with our validated science‑based net zero targets - a 42% emissions reduction by 2030 and 90% by 2050.

Key actions include operating from electrified tenancies, procuring 100% renewable electricity or RECs, improving energy efficiency, reducing waste, strengthening low‑carbon procurement and supplier engagement, and prioritising sustainable travel and commuting choices.

Governance, data quality and independent verification underpin the delivery of the Plan, with annual reporting aligned with our SBTi, Climate Pledge, UNGC and World Green Building Council Net Zero Carbon Buildings commitments.

This plan provides a practical roadmap to cut emissions, build resilience and progress our transition to net zero.
