Theodor Bratosin, Senior Sustainability and Building Physics Engineer, is contributing his expertise to Material Source's upcoming workplace roundtable event. The roundtable will offer insights into adding value to workplace project outcomes and will contribute to wider, meaningful discussions aimed at inspiring real change.

This session will bring together professionals from the built environment alongside inclusivity experts to explore why “good enough” no longer suffices in the creation of contemporary workplaces, where considering the needs of all is now an expectation. The roundtable will examine both aesthetic and functional details, how physical and psychological support can be provided, and what going beyond the bare minimum looks like in real schemes — supporting people while enabling clients’ businesses to thrive.

The insights shared during the discussion will be featured in an upcoming article by Material Source.
