Building Safety Act Safety Case - Structural Risk Assessments

All services

Structural Risk Assessments that comprehensively assess the safety of existing buildings are a core part of the Safety Case and we have experience working across large portfolios.

Our structural team work collaboratively with a range of clients to support their provision of Safety Cases for operational buildings to ensure compliance with the requirements under the Building Safety Act (England) for Higher-Risk Buildings.

This work exploring, assessing and identifying potential risks and any necessary mitigation measures has been successfully delivered on multiple buildings constructed over the past 60 years to a range of design codes.

We work with our clients through every element of the delivery process, providing supporting dialogue before, during and after the risk assessment submission to the Building Safety Regulator.

The Building Safety Act has rightly put a spotlight on the construction industry to ensure that the risks present in tall buildings are understood to those that own, operate and occupy them.
