Orla Infinity

Located on Palm Jumeirah, this prestigious 63,700 m² residential development brings a contemporary architectural vision to one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations. The scheme comprises 85 exclusive residences of varying sizes, complemented by an additional 20 ultra-luxury duplexes. Working alongside P&T Architects and Engineers and in collaboration with Foster + Partners, Cundall provided civil engineering and infrastructure design services from pre-concept through to Issued for Construction (IFC) stage. 

Our team developed a utility infrastructure strategy to connect the development to external networks, while seamlessly integrating with the project's building services systems across all site assets and basements. A comprehensive stormwater management strategy was developed, utilising infiltration-based drainage measures to address the site's high groundwater conditions and deliver a sustainable surface water disposal solution. 

The project presented complex construction and temporary works constraints, requiring close coordination between civil, infrastructure, and multi-disciplinary design teams to maintain buildability throughout. Via careful planning and collaboration, Cundall delivered an integrated infrastructure solution that supports both the project's technical requirements and ambitious architectural vision.
