Before joining Cundall, I completed an extended diploma in engineering at sixth form, which helped develop my technical knowledge. Alongside my studies, my involvement with the RAF Cadets helped to spark my interest in defence and aerospace. I went on to pursue this further by joining a plane build project initiative known as Project Slingshot, funded by the Air League. My role at Cundall allows me to further develop my passion for engineering.

Excellence

Engineering excellence at Cundall means taking pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work while improving on what I have learnt before. I value the feedback provided by my colleagues and actively use it to progress my knowledge and skills, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the best of my abilities.

Collaboration

Collaboration is an integral part of my day-to-day work. I enjoy working as a part of a team, by sharing ideas, asking questions, and learning from others' experiences.  Through open communication and the support of my colleagues, I can contribute effectively while continuing to develop my technical knowledge and confidence within a collaborative working environment.
