Aatisha Gupta

With an international career across APAC - including India, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia - I have had the opportunity to deliver diverse projects in challenging and unique environments. Holding a degree in Structural Engineering with Architectural Studies from the University of Sheffield and chartership from Engineers Australia, I remain deeply curious about innovative materials and structural systems. Since joining Cundall, I have been privileged to push the boundaries of conventional engineering.

At Cundall, I thrive in a diverse team of like-minded individuals who share my passion for challenging existing workflows and systems. Together, we have embraced digital tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across all our projects. This has been particularly useful while dealing with complex geometries that would be time consuming to analyse using traditional workflows.

I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, both within Cundall and externally. Advising and responding to other disciplines to deliver holistic solutions is central to our culture. I have strived to create designs that truly echo our clients' and collaborators' needs. This has been especially important on a recent theatre project I worked on, where close collaboration across multiple disciplines was integral to the design.
