Timothy Newcombe, Principal Engineer, has been appointed as Chair of the British Council for Offices (BCO) Midlands. This is a significant achievement and highlights Timothy’s expertise and his strong commitment to advancing the workplace sector.
Timothy has been an active and passionate member of BCO NextGen for several years. His contributions include mentoring emerging talent, championing net zero carbon design in the commercial sector and helping shape initiatives like the BCO Ideas project. A former BCO NextGen Graduate of the Year, Timothy has worked on landmark projects in the Midlands such as Three Chamberlain Square and the Tea Factory; creating spaces that foster community, wellbeing, and productivity.
He will lead the committee in driving forward innovation, collaboration, and professional development for the next generation of property professionals across the Midlands.
Timothy is succeeding Francesca Ghavami-Milnes, Associate Interior Designer at Howells, who held the role for the previous 2 years.
Francesca and Timothy have raised BCO’s brand across the Midlands region and have created a community that promotes industry collaboration and champions modern workplace standards.
