Multiple shortlists for the BCO NextGen Awards 2024

UK and Europe 13 September 2024

We are proud to see three members from Cundall being shortlisted for the BCO NextGen Awards 2024:

- Kim Gault, Principal Sustainability Consultant - NextGen Rising Star Midlands and East Anglia

- Theodor Bratosin, Senior Sustainability Engineer - NextGen Rising Star Northern England, North Wales, and Northern Ireland.

- Pauline Godinho Ramos, Graduate Sustainability Engineer - Graduate of the Year.

The BCO NextGen Awards recognise the outstanding accomplishments of young professionals in the workplace sector.

As the workstream leader for circular economy at Cundall, Kim specialises in embodied carbon, whole life carbon, and material circularity. “Thank you so much for the recognition; I’m truly honoured to be shortlisted for the BCO NextGen Rising Star Award Midlands and East Anglia! I wasn’t expecting this, as it’s simply what I strive to do every day,” Kim comments.

Theodor’s expertise in passive design and MEP strategies focuses on energy efficiency as low-carbon systems are essential for driving low-energy office buildings towards net zero goals. He remarks, “I am deeply grateful to have been recognised by the BCO NextGen! I look forward to contributing meaningfully to Cundall and making a lasting impact on the broader industry.”

Pauline has excelled within Cundall’s sustainability team since her graduation in 2022, driving innovation and contributing significantly to the team and projects. Her commitment to sustainability is clear through her role as a key contributor to Cundall’s healthy material database. “I am honoured to have been shortlisted for the BCO NextGen Graduate of the Year Award. The past two years at Cundall have been full of great opportunities, and I'm eager to continue contributing to the industry,” says Pauline.

Congratulations to Kim, Theodor, and Pauline on this amazing achievement!
