The award recognises exceptional women whose expertise, leadership, and achievements are shaping the future of the built environment. Kinga's win reflects her outstanding contribution to some of the most complex infrastructure and building projects in Poland and beyond.
As Public Health Associate, Kinga leads a team of specialists delivering innovative public health engineering solutions across major infrastructure, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Her collaborative approach, technical expertise and commitment to engineering excellence have made her a trusted leader, both within Cundall and across the wider industry.
Over the past year, Kinga has played a key role in the Port Polska project, one of Europe's largest infrastructure investments. She has successfully coordinated an international, multidisciplinary team, introduced digital tools to automate elements of the design process, and helped implement innovative water recovery solutions with the potential to set a new benchmark for sustainable large-scale developments in Poland.
