Cundall Scotland helps create new space for Beatson Cancer Charity

08 December 2022

Cundall’s Edinburgh team recently collaborated with other companies to help transform the Beatson Cancer Charity’s office and reception space in Glasgow.

Located within the Gartnavel Hospital, the charity team were keen to create a welcoming space for visitors but were restricted by budget when it came to achieving their vision.

A team of Scottish contractors and designers, including architectural firm, Oberlanders, contactors GRAHAMS and Taylor & Fraser, and Alpha Decorators, stepped up to offer their services for a nominal fee. The Cundall team acted as MEP consultants, helping with the refurbishment and upgrade of the reception and office space.

Commenting on his involvement in the project, Tony Centola, Partner at Cundall, said:

“Every once in a while, we get to work on projects that provide real social value to the communities that we live in. I am so proud and humbled to have been part of the team helping Beatson Cancer Charity realise their vision so they can continue providing their valuable services to the community.”

Beatson Cancer Charity is a Scottish-based charity founded to support people affected by cancer. The organisation funds specialists, research and education, working alongside the NHS to enable patients and their families to be helped swiftly and compassionately.
