Cundall is celebrating the two-year anniversary of its Riyadh office, marking a significant milestone in its continued growth in the Kingdom.

This expansion reflects Cundall's steadfast commitment to supporting clients, communities, and Saudi Vision 2030, the Kingdom’s ambitious socio-economic transformation. The team has expanded to 28 people across disciplines including building services engineering, civil engineering, design management, structural engineering, and sustainability.

Since the official launch of our Riyadh office in early 2023, the team has led major projects across the entertainment, hospitality, workplace and masterplanning sectors – each contributing to the goals of Vision 2030. Alongside our involvement with numerous projects, the team have bagged several awards, including Consultant of the Year at the Construction Week KSA Awards 2023, recognising our engineering excellence and impact across the Kingdom.

Adding to the celebrations, the team recently relocated to a new office in the heart of Riyadh. The space was designed with our people's health and wellbeing at its core, meeting modern needs while maximising natural sunlight and biophilic design. An energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting system has also been implemented to further minimise the office carbon footprint.
