For more than a decade, Cundall has helped shape projects that support the Qatar National Vision 2030. Recent achievements include delivering Qatar’s first large-scale portfolio decarbonisation strategy for Msheireb Properties, designing multi-disciplinary projects that have achieved the highest levels of LEED, WELL and GSAS certification, and transforming our Doha office into Qatar's first WELL Gold-certified workplace.
The judges recognised Cundall for its technical expertise, sustainability-focused approach, and consultancy services supporting complex built environment projects.
