Conference
One of the UK’s leading property sector conference, the British Council for Offices (BCO) Annual Conference returns to Birmingham for the first in ten years. This conference will allow BCO’s members and industry thought leaders the opportunity to engage in impactful conversations regarding development and regeneration projects, the impact of social value and what today’s life science occupier looks like just to name a few.
As proud Silver sponsors of this year’s conference, we are excited to have some of our projects we worked on included on the tours programme throughout the Birmingham area. These include the 26-storey speculative vertical building 103 Colmore Row, 10 Brindleyplace; one of the largest available floorplates in the city at 2,500sq.m, Three Chamberlain Square, the first development in the West Midlands to receive a 5-star NABERS rating as part of Paradise and 55 Colmore Row - a BREEAM Excellent rating prime site in Birmingham.
