Jordan Todd

Since graduating Heriot-Watt University where I studied Architectural Engineering, I have gained 11 years’ experience focused on promoting sustainable design measures and energy efficiency initiatives across multiple sectors. I am passionate about achieving design solutions which help clients to meet their energy and carbon reduction targets while enabling a positive, healthy environment for those interacting with buildings and spaces.

As the construction industry evolves, it is vital that we create an environment which encourages creativity to support the development of innovative design solutions. I particularly enjoy the challenges associated with identifying suitable passive design measures and how we can potentially save more operational and embodied carbon on our projects with simpler, less energy intensive techniques.

Effective collaboration through clear communication has always been an extremely important part of my role. I understand the importance of developing trusted relationships while working across disciplines both within Cundall and with external project team members to achieve a common goal.
