RKD Architects

Located at Ballycoolin Business Park, this building plays a strategic part in PayPal's operations in the EMEA region. This office is one of two European operations centres in Ireland. We were appointed to provide building services engineering on the project due to our reputation for working collaboratively with design teams to bring innovative and engaging design features to projects.

PayPal was keen to refresh their existing building stock whilst maintaining ongoing operations for the business. Building 5 was one of multiple buildings on the site completed in phases to ensure no disruptions to the day-to-day running of the business.

Revised desk layouts, additional meeting rooms and modifications to existing systems allowed for increased occupancy within the building. The modern aesthetic of the office is more in line with the dynamic PayPal culture.
