This seven-storey office building with a two-level underground car park located in the center of Wrocław is part of Skanska’s portfolio. Its impressive design, accessibility to public transport and diverse neighborhood makes this project attractive for tenants, employees and retail customers. The area covers around 30,000m2 and includes offices and retail units on the ground floor.

Cundall was the LEED assessor for this project and was responsible for the coordination of the construction stage of the certification. We applied the sustainable design approach and was able to implement solutions which allowed the reduction of 40% potable water consumption. Energy efficient equipment was proposed to maintain the building standards and the enhanced commissioning which resulted in 26.5% savings for total energy costs in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 Standard from 2007.
