This seven-storey office building, featuring a two-level underground car park, is part of Skanska’s portfolio. Its striking design, accessibility to public transport and vibrant surroundings make it an attractive choice for tenants, employees and retail customers. Spanning approximately 30,000 m2 , the development includes offices and ground-floor retail units.

Cundall was the LEED assessor for this project, overseeing the certification process during the construction phase. Our sustainable design approach enabled a 40% reduction in potable water consumption, while energy efficient equipment and enhanced commissioning resulted in 26.5% savings for total energy costs, in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 Standard from 2007.
