A Cat A and B fit-out of a 90,000 ft² (8,361m²) new build office development and multi-storey carpark at Anstey Business Park in Coventry. Cadent Gas will be the sole tenant. The building accommodates approximately 750 workstations over three levels with a central atrium. Amenities include meeting and training rooms, a commercial kitchen and canteen area, gym, and breakout areas. Several critical system spaces, such as MER and SER, are also provided, along with a disaster recovery facility, including a technical room and control room.

Our multi-disciplinary consultancy team worked closely with Cadent and the client-side design team throughout the project. A set of Employer’s Requirements were developed for the Cat B fit-out, to function as a brief to the developer and the Cat A team or the proposed combined Cat A & B fit-out. Whilst no formal WELL Building accreditation is proposed, a health and wellbeing review was carried out by our team and key outcomes have been integrated into the proposed design.

Paul Kenyon, Partner commented 'Having worked on previous projects for Cadent Gas, it was great to help deliver this state of the art headquarters which will be critical in maintaining and operating their national infrastructure.'
