Cadent Gas, the UK's largest gas distribution network, won the ESG award at the British Council for Offices Midlands and Central England Awards.

These awards showcased projects that demonstrate best practice in office design, fit-out, operation and sustainability, setting the standard for excellence across the sector.

The ESG Award identifies a workplace that will have a game changing influence on the environment, social value, governance, or sustainable outcomes in the commercial building sector. 

Cadent Gas opened the 100,000 sq ft purpose-built complex on Ansty Park, Coventry last year. It was recognised for its impressive design which is focused on employee engagement and the health and wellbeing of occupants. Its amenities include a restaurant, gym, mother and baby rooms, multi-faith areas, outdoor terracing and cycle storage.

Our team worked closely with Cadent to reduce the build’s carbon footprint by using locally sourced materials and the latest technology and energy saving measures.
