A career in engineering has provided me with the opportunity to live and work all over the world, from Antarctica to Singapore. It all started for me with an engineering apprenticeship, which I joined thanks to a recommendation from a close friend. I obtained a master’s degree in engineering from Brunel University in 2011 and became a Chartered Engineer and member of CIBSE in 2012.
