Rebecca Fagan-Spence

I started my career as a land quality specialist working on a variety of sites and projects across many sectors. My journey in ground engineering started with ‘environmental geology’ studies at the University of Birmingham and has expanded to becoming a Chartered Geologist with the Geological Society London. What calls me to the industry is the varied nature of sites, meaning that as ground engineers, we face countless creative challenges.

There are so many specialist facets to construction and even within ground engineering, I know that I am only part of the puzzle. I love collaborating with other specialists to learn how we can overcome challenges on site and working with our clients to understand their priorities and vision.
