After spending seven years in academia, I felt a strong desire to make a broader impact that aligned with my values and passion for sustainability. This led me to transition into a new career path, supported by an MSc in Low Energy Building Services Engineering, which solidified my belief that sustainability is the way forward.

Since making the switch, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a diverse range of areas including building physics modelling, health and wellbeing certifications, and climate change risk assessments. For me, this work goes beyond professional responsibility, it's a meaningful contribution towards a better future.

Creativity

One of the qualities I value most is creativity. It gives you the freedom to explore, experiment, and develop innovative ideas and solutions that drive sustainable outcomes. Being part of a team that embraces and encourages innovation empowers us to continuously discover creative approaches to complex challenges.

Collaboration

I firmly believe in the power of strong collaboration and the value of collective thinking. I consistently strive to support my colleagues by going above and beyond to find effective solutions. Collaboration isn’t just about working together, it is about contributing, sharing knowledge, and aiming to deliver more than what’s expected.
