Przemysław Paluszyński

I graduated in 2010 from both Wrocław and Glasgow University, which launched my career in building services engineering – a field I’ve been passionate about for the last 15 years. I have contributed to a wide variety of projects from office fit-outs, to football stadiums and airports. I am an active member of both CIBSE and the Polish Chamber of Professional Engineers. Within Cundall, I am the Zero Carbon Design 2030 advocate for Poland, helping to lead on sustainable design across the region.

To me, creativity in engineering starts with asking the right questions, especially, why are we doing it this way? This curiosity drives me to challenge standard solutions and introduce true innovation in our projects.

What I appreciate most at Cundall, is the collaborative environment and support of my colleagues. Together we can solve complex problems for our clients and deliver smart and effective solutions for their projects.
