I was exposed to building and construction from an early age - my parents were always building and improving our family homes and I literally grew up amongst it! So, it’s no surprise I ended up in the construction industry. I love the global nature of civil engineering and the large range of specialities it can cover. The fact that you can put the same type and form of building on two sites and have two completely different buildings with different challenges is a real draw for me.

Engineering is just about everywhere you look in the world. It all stems from original ideas and creativity. I believe in creativity as a fundamental driver for continuing to deliver our best work as well as keeping the passion alive for this great area of expertise.

I believe that teamwork plays a key role in the delivery of our projects from the concept to the delivery of the different stages. I believe that everyone has a voice in the team no matter where you sit, and I love seeing ideas develop through teamwork and collaboration.
