Oshia Rahmani

I joined Cundall in 2025 and am currently completing a bachelor's degree in building services engineering alongside my role in the data centre team. My interest in engineering within the built environment developed through studying STEM subjects and completing the two-year PlanBEE apprenticeship programme. During this, I gained experience across architectural, engineering, and contracting disciplines while working on live projects. 

Excellence is a core value at Cundall, and to me, it means always trying to do better, both technically and professionally. Every project is an opportunity to learn, whether through success or challenge. 

Collaboration has played a big part in my development so far. Working with multi-disciplinary teams has shown me the importance of knowledge sharing, asking questions, and supporting others.
