After graduating with a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Bath, I pursued a career as a structural engineer with the aim of contributing to innovative and sustainable structures. Since joining Cundall's graduate scheme in 2021, I have primarily worked in the data centre sector before more recently branching out. My passion for sustainable design has grown since then, and my engineering skills continue to improve, enabling me to make a difference.

I strive for excellence by continuously looking to apply digital skills to new projects. It is important to look at all the options available to understand what makes a particular structure optimal. Lessons can be learnt each time, making the process of achieving engineering excellence easier each time.

When working on multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with colleagues is one of the most important skills in achieving an optimal design. Understanding what other disciplines aim to achieve while explaining your design goals, leads to a seamlessly coordinated design.
