My passion for civil engineering arose whilst growing up in my first home, Barbados, where I was fascinated by the role infrastructure investment and development played in improving communities around me. This curiosity led me to the UK in 2018, where I graduated from Loughborough University with a MEng in Civil Engineering. I joined Cundall as a graduate engineer in 2022, and I am currently working towards my Chartership (CEng) with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Collaboration

Working collectively as a civils team across the UK has had a positive impact on my progression. I enjoy learning from others, knowledge sharing, growing my technical expertise and developing my digital skills to enhance project delivery.

Creativity

I enjoy working at Cundall because creativity is a core value of the practice. It is now more important than ever to be innovative and astute, as the advancements in technology are driving the need for more sophisticated digital engineering techniques.
